📦 Products covered by these terms

These terms apply only to the products listed above and to the online services directly connected to them, such as activation, licensing, updates, downloads, and technical verification.

🔐 1. Intellectual property

KS Panel, KS Terminal, KS File, and KS Backup, including source code, structure, design, logos, text, icons, configurations, APIs, licensing mechanisms, documentation, and all material connected to these products, are the intellectual property of KosovaServer and/or the original developer. Accepting these terms does not transfer ownership to the customer or user.

📜 2. Limited use license

The customer/user receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the products in the way KosovaServer provides them. The products may not be copied, shared, resold, modified, renamed, recreated, or used outside the permitted purpose without prior written permission from KosovaServer.

⛔ 3. Strict prohibitions

• Copying, cloning, reproducing, publishing, distributing, selling, reselling, or providing KS Panel, KS Terminal, KS File, KS Backup, or any part of them to third parties without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Cracking, license bypassing, manipulating activation, removing protections, creating a keygen, patch, loader, license emulator, or any other method to avoid licensing control is strictly prohibited.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, analyzing for recreation, extracting internal logic, changing the name/logo, or presenting the product as your own product or as a third-party product is strictly prohibited.
• Extracting, exporting, copying, or unauthorized use of source code, databases, APIs, configurations, credentials, certificates, licenses, design, icons, text, or documentation is strictly prohibited.
• Distribution of installers, files, updates, private links, license keys, device IDs, tokens, or other KosovaServer materials without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Using the products for spam, fraud, attacks, unauthorized scanning, malware, phishing, privacy violations, copyright infringement, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to bypass technical restrictions, payment systems, licensing systems, logs, online verification, anti-abuse mechanisms, or any other KosovaServer protection is strictly prohibited.

🛡️ 4. Security, records, and access restriction

KosovaServer does not perform any action that damages the customer’s computer, device, data, or operating system. In case of reasonable suspicion of copying, cracking, license bypass, theft, manipulation, unauthorized distribution, or misuse, KosovaServer reserves the right to restrict or block access only to its own services, including the license, activation, updates, downloads, account, and online product features.

🧾 5. Technical record keeping

For security, license verification, product protection, and abuse prevention purposes, KosovaServer may store technical records such as IP address, date and time, license key, device ID, product, version, operating system, actions, activation status, and technical logs. These records are used only for system protection, technical verification, and, if necessary, legal steps under applicable laws.

💳 6. Demo, free use, and future changes

The demo version and free use may be changed, limited, discontinued, or moved to a licensing/payment model at any time. The current free use does not guarantee that the service will remain free forever and does not create a permanent right to free use.

👤 7. User responsibility

The user is responsible for every action performed through their account, device, server, license, or access. The user must comply with the law, copyright, privacy, security rules, and these KosovaServer terms.

⚙️ 8. No absolute warranty during the demo phase

Products and services in demo version are provided “as is” for testing, development, and improvement. KosovaServer aims to provide stability, security, and quality, but during the demo phase it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, unrestricted, or interruption-free operation.

📌 9. KosovaServer rights

KosovaServer reserves the right to improve, limit, change, license, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, feature, access, demo, update, download, or part of the system at any time, with or without prior notice, especially when required for security, stability, or product protection.

✅ 10. Mandatory acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not continue using KosovaServer.com, KS Panel, KS Terminal, KS File, KS Backup, or services connected to them.
